    2. What does ex chainstore mean?

Ex-chainstore means that the clothing was originally made for a major high street chainstore who cancelled the order. The most common cause for cancellations is late delivery. We can then offer them to our wholesale customers at a substantially lower price than the original manufacturer's price to the store group who ordered them in the first place!

    3. Are original labels removed?

Store labels are removed, cut or blacked out in accordance to requirements of the chainstores. This is in order to protect the intellectual rights of the original high street chainstore and to prevent unauthorised store-returns. Labels are removed by the manufacturer or by ourselves before sale, however mistakes can happen and it is our customers' responsibility to ensure that all kimbles and original labels which can identify who the garment was made for are removed prior to sale! Goods that were originally made for chainstores, brands or on-line retailers are supplied under strict condition that all labels and tags are removed before resale and that no reference to the original storegroup is made when being offered for sale.

We do not display chainstore tags on our website as they may be subject to copyright protection but we usually have a sample of each style with original labels and tags.

All items of clothing have labels with washing instructions and fabric content.

    4. Where Ex-Chainstore goods have been delivered with labels, do we have to remove them?

Goods that were originally made for chainstores, brands or on-line retailers are supplied under strict condition that all labels and tags are removed before resale and that no reference to the original storegroup is made when offered for sale. This is the responsibility of the purchaser of goods whose name or company appears on the sales invoice. Some brand names may be licensed to a store group, designer or manufacturer.  Where this is the case, it is our customers' responsibility to ensure that all kimbles and original labels which can identify who the garment was made for are removed prior to sale!

    5. What high street stores do you have stock from?

We sell goods that were originally produced for Adams, George at Asda, Autograph, Asos, Aware, Bay Trading, BHS, Bon Marche, Burton, Debenhams, Dorothy Perkins, Evans, Gap, George, John Lewis, Jane Norman, Marks & Spencer, Miss Selfridge, Monsoon, Mothercare, New Look, Next, Per Una, Principles, Red Herring, River Island, Sainsbury (TU), Tesco (F&F),Top Man, Top Shop, Wallis and many more.

    6. Are all your items of clothing ex-chainstore?

No. Where we have not listed the item as ex chainstore, they will be sold with labels (and tags where applicable). Some brand names may, however,  be licensed to a store group, designer or manufacturer.  Where this is the case, it is our customers' responsibility to ensure that all kimbles and original labels which can identify who the garment was made for are removed prior to sale!

    7. Am I allowed to copy and use your images for my eBay or internet on-line store?

Our images are not copyright and you are allowed to use them for the purpose of reselling the items.

    8. What are your shipping charges?

      3. Packs that should have 7 or more size ratios: In the rare occasion that we have up to three sizes missing we will make up the pack with items in other sizes. If there are more than three sizes missing you will be notified and you will have the option to accept or cancel the item.

    25. Do you drop ship?

We do not drop ship.

    • I'm from abroad, do I have to pay customs fees?

EU orders are subject to customs duties, taxes & tariffs fees which are not included in the product or shipping cost. For other countries, please check with your local tax office. You, the buyer, are responsible for all those charges, required by your country for importing the goods from the UK. We are not able to give you an estimate as charges may vary from country to country. Payment will be collected by the shipper, who will contact you once the goods have arrived in the destination country.
If payment is refused at this point and the goods are returned to us, original delivery fee will not be refunded and you may also be charged for the cost of returning the goods.
We provide all necessary documentation, incl. HS codes (commodity codes), fabric content, country of origin etc.
